EARLY LIFE AND BACKGROUND
Abhishek Sharma was born into a cricket-loving family in Amritsar, Punjab. His father, Raj Kumar Sharma, was a former cricketer and a junior-level selector for Punjab, who played a pivotal role in nurturing Abhishek’s interest in the sport from a very young age. Abhishek began playing cricket when he was just 3 and a half years old. His mother, Manju Sharma, and his sisters, Komal and Sonia, have always been strong supporters of his journey.
