- Condition: Buyers please read restrictions below. Mint never hinged set. Somali stamps between 1992 and 2002 have extremely high catalog values. Much has to do with the exquisite artwork. Scott does not list Somalia after 1992. Michel does not list Somalia after 2002 up to the 2015 North African catalog. Average price for any Somali stamp/sheet set after 2000 is about thirty dollars.
