SHIPPING
:
We only ship packages through the U.S. Post Office. I know that the Post Office is not careful with boxes so we pack accordingly. I wrap each figure individually and use padding to protect the figures and any original box. As a collector, I know what it is like to receive a box in the mail that rattles and has damaged figures inside from poor packing. I pack figures the way I would want to receive them. I have to purchase boxes for First Class shipping and purchase packing materials. Priority boxes are free. I try to charge only what the actual shipping costs are, plus a minor amount for materials. If I initially charge you too much for shipping, I will automatically refund the difference over a dollar. I go to the Post Office to ship about three times a week but not on weekends or holidays. I always add Delivery Confirmation to each box going to an address within the
U.S.
It generates a tracking number. Boxes going outside the
U.S.
will have a Customs Number with limited tracking. Insurance is always extra, so we can add it to your invoice if you want it.
COMBINED SHIPPING COSTS:
I always try to ship all of your purchases in a single box, so wait for an invoice from me if you buy multiple items. If you buy an item today and want to bid on another item tomorrow, we can wait for payment and combine the lots. We will not wait for days as you continue bidding and not paying for the invoices. It is better to pay when you receive the invoice and then let us know that you are bidding on additional lots and we can hold off shipping to combine the lots. We can combine the shipping costs of items ending within 3 days of each other.
FEEDBACK:
I usually leave feedback after I ship your box. I strive for a Five Star seller rating (it affects my eBay account). Leave me feedback to show me you have received your box and are pleased with it. If you have any problems with the items, please let me know so we can work something out before leaving feedback. If you are not happy with the items, I accept returns. Check feedback left for me to see happy customers’ remarks.
FIGURE DESCRIPTIONS:
I describe each figure to the best of my ability. I have been collecting/dealing in toy soldiers for over 45 years but I may miss something in my description. If I suspect an item has been altered, repainted, repaired or touched up, I will state it in the listing. Please look at the many photos I provide and decide for yourself if you like what you see. Usually if I leave something out of a description, you can see it in the photographs, so look carefully. Usually the photo flash washes out the colors and sometimes appears as paint loss, so look at all the photos. Ask questions before you bid, and remember, I will take it back if you are not happy.
We are always in the market to purchase old toy soldier collections. If you have a collection you want to sell, please send us an email.
