A genuine 1984 D Los Angeles Olympiad Olympic Coliseum Commemorative Silver Dollar Coin, in BU Choice Uncirculated Mint State Condition. Contains 90% Silver. Comes in a clear plastic capsule only. No original government packaging or certificate of authenticity
This historic silver dollar was issued to commemorate the 1984 Summer Olympic Games held in Los Angeles, California. Designed by Robert Graham, its obverse bears an artistic rendering of the entrance to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, complete with Graham’s own controversial “headless” sculptures. The reverse features an American eagle on a rock with an olive branch.
