Check out this just listed unique 1-owner 4k original mile YES THAT’S CORRECT 4800 ORIGINAL MILES FROM NEW NOT A TYPO G30 1-ton 3500 series rock solid legendary body style Chevrolet High rear roof & roof a/c Short Length Cargo van with the very desirable Fuel Injected 5.7L 350 V8 & Automatic transmission! We still have original 1 owner title and next buyer will be 2nd owner after 31 years! These vans are very basic simple dependable & desirable! As you know they are super hard to find in this condition and miles! We bet it’s one of the lowest mile ones just like it to be had! This van is out of my personal collection and we have owned it for over 9 years! It has had years of care and has been a southern vehicle since new and has a rock solid rig with no body rust or rot issues! It is fully trimmed out in back with full wall to wall carpeting & insulation. It was a former undercover surveillance unit with very limited use! All of the surveillance items have been removed & is a fantastic base for camper or rv conversion tiny home! It has cold a/c, power steering, power brakes, factory gauge package, 4 nice LED interior light really light up the cargo area, nice outside side mounted area light, it only has needed light service & recent work done it new battery, new fuel pump & filter, wiper blades, replaced original air filter & pcv valve, new a/c compressor, dryer & orface the orginal a/c worked well but compressor was noisey so we had it replaced & is now R-134 & still cold, 6 digit odometer NOTE MILES 004,838, tires have been replaced once over the years & looks to be a 2003 date code. They are the correct heavy load LT series 16.5 inch tires with factory steel wheels and polished bright RV style covers, rear mount ladder, rear roof storage roof rack, sold new at Kelly Chevrolet in Fort Wayne Indiana on 11-09-90 to City of Farfax Va! We have great documentation on this van that you rarley see! We have copy of original GM dealer MSO, original dealer brochure & factory dealer salesman order guide, all original books, cover & manual, several state inspection reciepts backing miles each year, excellent glass with solid side swing-out side & rear doors with factory rear glass doors, original AM/FM radio and much more! The paint looks great and nice body is about as good as you could hope for a 31-year-old commercial HD van and paint shines nice and has good gloss and not chalky! Fiberglass top paint looks glossy as well. Super nice clean tidy interior with fantastic orginal Captins chairs, nice dash, front rubber floor, nice weatherstripping, headliner and rear cargo area with interior lights & outside mounted light, roof a/c & power cord & power plug in prep, outside access fold down lockable 2 x 2 square door that would be great to mount small outside use grill to & new grill is included. This van starts & runs super smooth & quite & drives nice and tight it really feels great like a trip back to 1990! Nice tidy clean undercarriage, Nice clean engine bay! This van also runs out strong and cranks great cold or hot! This van is parked in our showroom it is that nice! Please call ahead to set up a time to check it out! Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. She is located in Canton Ga 30115. We can keep vehicle at our location for up to two weeks at after sale date if you need longer than this time we will try to work with you. If no pre arrangement has been made there will be a $20 per day storage fee added after this time.  If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate with your shipper on a time that’s good for them and us! We deal with shippers all the time and know how to get the pick up squared away and yes a large 18 wheeler can access our facility. You can get a shipping quote by contacting us and we can arrange shipping for you!

Title Ad Valorem Tax
” this fee is based on the vehicles sale price of 6.6%. If buyer has a trade-in the 6.6% TAVT tax will be paid on trade difference. Titled motor vehicles purchased that are over 25 years old & have a title will be taxed at 1% of sales price & fall under same trade-in terms as above. We can also provide a 45 day temp tag at no charge! We are required by Georgia dmv to process your title for Georgia residence in your name so please have a current Georgia license with a good address so you will
receive
title from state the fee the state charges is 18.00 for this. A 25.00
emissions
fee will be added for Georgia residents only when required if you live in an
